Let’s unpack it, whether it’s a sadness inside that you can’t seem to shake, a difficult relationship with your boyfriend, the overwhelming stress of managing the invisible load or a history of complex trauma that has caught up with you and you’re feeling exhausted.
Committing to your self-care with therapy is one way to start the process. You’re not alone and you don’t need to carry this by yourself. If you’re ready to make a healing change I will be honored to walk that path with you. I am offering in-person and on-line therapy in Plymouth and Ann Arbor.
I often weave creativity into our sessions. You may create a Jungian Sandtray, a mandala, speak to a part of yourself, relate to an archetype within by making a mask, create a collage of your coping skills, breathe and stretch with yoga to ease your anxiety, or read a myth or story about resiliency to help you connect to your own inner strengths.
